Although the Republic of Azerbaijan, which put an end to 30 years of Armenian occupation, has continued its just struggle over the years at the international level, especially in European institutions, it has always faced bias and double standards. That is why Azerbaijan, which resolved the conflict through war, still faces the shameless criticism of these international organizations.
Speaking to Sahar Television of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ahmad Shahidov, head of the Azerbaijan Institute for Democracy and Human Rights, said that these double standards continue today: “Prejudice against Azerbaijan, which won the Karabakh war, continues today. The inside of international organizations has already been exposed. Unable to digest Azerbaijan’s victory, European institutions are still trying to open a new front against Azerbaijan under the pretext of human rights issues.”
