Elchin Behbudov holds monitoring in jail of MNS

The head of the Committee against Torture, Elchin Behbudov,within the frameworks of the  monitoring of prison MNS,  visited the former chief of department of the  Caucasian Muslims Office (CMO) Elshan Mustafayev, who is accused of accused  of high treason.

According to Bekhbudov, the  arrested did not complain about the conditions of detention and the treatment with him. However, he rejected the accusation  of high treason.

Behbudov also met with the accused of participation in illegal armed groups in Syria as part of LIH Kamran Azizov and Vidadi Sultanov. They also did not complain about the conditions of detention. Azizov does not regret about his participation in the LIH. Sultanov also regrets that  he went to Syria. According to him, he only was trained,  and did not participate in the fighting. Behbudov also interested in the state of employee well-known conflictologist, Arif Yunusov. According to Behbudov,  his  health is normal.
