Al Jazeera: “Armenian armed forces intensively break cease fire throughout Tartar, Fuzuli and Goranboy”

Al Jazeera TV channel broadcasted a live program from Tartar region of Azerbaijan as the tension is escalated in the frontline of Azerbaijan and Armenia on April 7. The program demonstrated ruins of civilians properties that destroyed by shells fired by Armenian troops, provided information on casualties and interviewed local residents.

During the interview conducted by Omar Khashram, Al Jazeera correspondent local residents talked about demolished properties as a result of heavy artillery of Armenia. Regardless of the harsh conditions locals expressed their determination and noted that they would fight with the invader till the end.

The program also touched on recent meeting held among Foreign Ministers of the Republics of Azerbaijan, Russian and Iran which took place in Baku. It also interviewed Human Rights defender Ahmad Shahidov on perspectives of achieving peaceful resolution of the conflict.
