Hardly someone would imagine that the organization which came to be following 4 years of completion of World War II to expand its geography and link 47 countries worldwide and turn to be geographic area where 820m million people live. However, it happened and PACE became the international organization which determines fate of the world countries. Over the passed 65 years PACE played a crucial role and made vitally important decisions in terms of transferring Europe to more modern, secular and democratic society. At present, PACE which is a platform that brings together all nations regardless of their races, ethnicity and political views and a space where exchanges of views can be made on issues of common concerns of the human being.
