The “Spring” internship program of the New Azerbaijan Party has discussed social media and individual development

Supported by NAP Ganja city organization and organized by Ganja Training and Resource Center, “Social Media” and “Individual Development” trainings have been successfully completed.

The first part of the training was attended by the chairman of the NAP Ganja city organization, MP Nagif Hamzayev, chairman of the Youth Union of NAP Ganja city organization Yuksel Mammadov, chairman of the “Reformist Youth” Public Union Farid Shahbazli, well-known human rights defender Ahmad Shahidov, “Spring” internship program participants and party activists.

MP Nagif Hamzayev spoke about the successful youth policy pursued by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the state’s care for the development of youth. He noted that the reforms and projects have created a favorable environment for the formation of Azerbaijani youth with high intelligence and expertise, and advised young people to take full advantage of all opportunities.

Expressed their satisfaction with the next meeting with the youth of Ganja, Farid Shahbazli and Ahmad Shahidov spoke about the possibilities of media, social networking capabilities for the protection of Azerbaijan’s national interests, also talked to young people about ways to develop their personal skills, success formula, career planning and future goals.

Second part of the training was continued by Farid Shahbazli and Ahmad Shahidov. During the extensive discussion, the role of the social media and the internet in promoting youth as a personality has been discussed, and young people have been encouraged to develop their individual skills and effectively evaluate their opportunities. The questions of the youth were answered in detail.

It should be noted that the youth, participating in the “Spring” internship program to support the formation of qualified and skilled cadres in the community, will participate in various trainings in different areas and will be trained in different structural units of the organization within 2 months.

Practitioners who successfully complete the internship program will be provided with a certificate by the NAP Ganja city organization and will be provided with jobs.
