UN Human Rights Council’s 31st regular session kicks off

The session brought together high ranked officials in Geneva

UN 31st regular session of the Human Rights Council has kicked off in Geneva, Switzerland on February 29. The session which attended by high ranked state officials, representatives of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, human rights defenders and media representatives featured heated discussions on recent developments and human rights issue.

Being an attendee of the session Ahmad Shahidov, Head of Azerbaijani Institute for Democracy and Human Rights (AIDHR) elaborated on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, rights of one million IDPs and hostages of Khalbajar region.
